what a difference a year makes

Of course with agriculture every season is different from the last. This year stands out again, because of the rate of growth. There are so many factors to attribute this to, but the one that really jumps out at me is the higher temperatures. The soil is much warmer and with warm roots the plants are responding accordingly. I looked back at photos from the past couple of years and the pea’s have begun showing  flowers right around June 1st, yesterday May 10th, the peas are already flowering….
